Discounts available for extended stays

The standard Hawaiian hotel & state taxes of 13.42% will be added to the above rates; along with $150 cleaning fee and a $25 reservation fee.

As per the rental contract, a fully refundable $300 security deposit is required to hold your reservation.

The above rental rates are for a maximum of 4 people. All rates are subject to change without notice, until a firm reservation with deposit has been confirmed.

Check-in time is 3:00PM; Check-out time is 10:00AM. If this presents a problem with your flight times, please let me know well in advance so that I may try to accommodate you.

Telephone: There is no charge for local calls, but all tenants are responsible for long distance phone charges; calls can be made with your long distance carrier/calling card.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel the reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED not less than 60 days prior to your check-in date for Low Season, and 90 days prior to your check-in date in High Season. The amount you have paid minus a deduction of $50.00 for the administration fee will be refunded to you. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS (OR 90 DAYS) PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid unless I am able to re-rent the property.
